Ham and Cheese Wraps

Ingredients
* 3/4 cup cream cheese
* 4 large slices lean ham
* 4 tbsp snipped fresh chives
Directions
1. Spread the cream cheese evenly over the slices of ham. Sprinkle with the chives. Roll up each slices tightly and wrap individually in plastic wrap.
2. Chill in the refrigerator in plastic wrap for 1 hour.
3. When ready to serve, cut into 2 inch pieces and use a tooth pick to stick in each one.

Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients
* 2 scoops Strawberry ice cream
* 1 single serving size strawberry yogurt
* 1 sliced banana
Directions
1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Little-bitty Pizza

Ingredients
* English Muffins
* Pizza Sauce (bottled from store)
* Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
* Sliced Pepperoni
Directions
1. Slice english muffins in half. Spread desired amount of pizza sauce over muffin, add cheese and pepperoni.
2. Place in oven and watch just until cheese melts and muffin is crisp.
Use your imagination for toppings. You can add mushrooms, sausage, cherry tomatoes, even peanut butter!
